Mustard Roasted Breast Recipe

Ingredients for making roasted tits with mustard:

 1 piece of tit

 4 cloves of crushed garlic

 1 chopped onion

 1 tablespoon of salt

 1 glass of red wine

 4 tablespoons of dark mustard

 1 can of heavy cream (optional)

 ½ cup of chopped chives

 ½ cup of chopped parsley

How to make roasted breast with mustard:

To prepare this wonderful mustard-roasted tit, start by placing the tit in a deep container. Separately, mix the garlic, wine, mustard, onion, salt, chives and parsley. Place over meat, complete with water and marinate for 30 minutes.

Remove the breast from the marinade and place in a mold. Cover the meat with aluminum foil and bake at medium temperature (200 º C) for 40 minutes. Then remove the foil and cook for another 20 minutes to bake well.

Remove the meat from the oven, add the cream and your mustard roasted tit is ready to serve! We recommend that you accompany this delicious meat with rice with sautéed vegetables or au gratin potatoes.
